Well, you could try crushed ice and drink cold water. I water naseaus. But the thing is, they say, you should drink water Naseau reduce ... I know you think, of course, eat and drink, because they can help, but not in effect means that the consumption of leiu nausea while drinking. So maybe a bite to eat to calm the stomach, then drink one hours start later. I said, wait an hour, because if you have morning sickness, to fill your stomach to long naseausness worse.

Good luck. I know it's embarrassing, I know, I am haunted day and night to see when to eat, what and how to avoid feeling terrible.

It was a wonderful doctor who knows how depressing it can be vomiting during pregnancy.

He gave me a proposal for the scientific reasons, I remember, unfortunately, not the argument, but he has worked with all 5 of mine.

Snack crackers slowly, with small sips of soda BROWN (coke, etc., rather) with the sodium in biscuits the chemicals absorb into the stomach, but I remember it had to be brown tail.

Sipped slowly. Do not swallow fast. Drinking small amounts frequently. Try a taste of lemon, lime, crystal light, tea, etc. Also, you can suck on candy or while in between. This seems to help.

the previous answer was good to avoid sucking sweets, but try to sugar and fat to go in his place. Juice and cookies r good for the nausea. On the issue of drinking water with a small interval is that instead of both
