Greener Printer Both The Red And Green Light On The Top Of My Printer Are Flashing?

Both the red and green light on the top of my printer are flashing? - greener printer

Please can someone help me, I have tried to solve this in the last two hours, and I am about to throw the printer out the window!

Both red and green at the top of the printer are flashing alternately, which means I have to change ink, what I've done this afternoon. If I am the red button and green button next to the print head does not move, I can not change the cartridge, everything was blocked and attempts to use the SSC utility and do not let me print head to move it!

I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for it, turn the printer off and unplugged and still nothing!
