I think I have a generalized anxiety disorder and I am seriously get about the possibility of CBT for them. Has anyone had experience with this? Did it work?

YES!

I am living proof that cognitive behavioral therapy and behavior modification (based on the law of the SSRIs) may be free.

Cognitive therapy is easy to replace negative thoughts with rational fools, the positive effects. The difficult (but not impossible) part reminds ICC in the middle of a panic attack to use.
